Nestled within the framework of the Eiffel tower, the restaurant’s intimate and cosy ambiance is juxtaposed by the looming presence of the cast-iron rafters of France’s most famous landmark. Its extraordinary setting, coupled with the most spectacular views of the city makes it a one-of-a-kind culinary experience whether you visit by day or night.

World-renowned chef Alain Ducasse took over the restaurant in 2007, and with the help of designer Patrick Jouin completely transformed the space using a chocolate brown palette and atmospheric amber lighting.


To finish it off, specially tinted windows, which do not reflect the light, have been installed so that the views outside are not spoilt.

However, the amazing architectural design of Le Jules Verne is not its main drawing point. The one-star Michelin restaurant is able to boast a menu full of exquisite, traditional French cuisine whilst at the same time managing to include a ‘modern touch’.
