At Jefferson’s, we keep things simple—fresh, never frozen chicken, cold beer, and a laid-back spot to catch the game or just catch up with friends. We opened our first restaurant in Jacksonville, AL, back in 1991, and for over 30 years, we’ve been serving up the kind of food people crave.

But if you really want the full Jefferson’s experience, you’ve got to try our Double Dipped Wings—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, dipped and re-fried in our house-made Turbo Sauce for all the flavor and none of the heat. And don’t forget the ranch! Our ranch is made in-house and is the best around.
