July 2025 Social Photoshoot – RSVP & Waiver

Jefferson's is excited to have your help in capturing the energy and connection at our restaurants. Before participating, please review and complete this release form to give us permission to use images captured during the shoot.

By completing and signing this form, you will grant Jefferson’s irrevocable, non-exclusive and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, publish and publicly display the content in perpetuity for any photographs and/or recording of you during the photoshoot taking place on July 17th, 2025, and to use these images and/or recording for any lawful commercial or promotional purpose. To clarify, we are requesting your permission to share and use your likeness on any Jefferson’s branded content with attribution in perpetuity. Examples of this may include: Digital promotional content, social media posts, website content, advertising and marketing campaigns, press and media distribution, printed marketing materials, in-restaurant displays, and promotional collateral. This authorization applies in perpetuity and globally. There will be no compensation or royalties for the use of such media.

By signing below, I confirm that: I am at least 18 years old, or I have a parent/guardian signing for me. I consent to being photographed and/or recorded. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials. I release Jefferson’s from any claims related to the use of my likeness as described above.
