The position was handed over to me during the 2020 year… Going through that season with those kids and families showed me the impact that youth sports can have on everyone involved. I appreciate all those families for trusting us with part of their child’s journey. Being recognized for this award has inspired me. I want to encourage everyone to consider coaching youth sports as a way to serve your community. There are more teams than coaches these days. Kids need coaches. Give it a try.
