Coach Smith’s nominator shared, “Coach Smith is an amazing coach due to his ability to give encouraging messages before each match. Before each match, Coach Smith gives reasons why each person playing is unique and how people not playing are benefiting the team by cheering on their teammates. Coach Smith is without a doubt the best coach I know.”
