How it works

A drive to go the extra mile for their athletes on and off the field
A dedication to the sport and athletes
Award
Each Jefferson’s Coach of the Year will receive a $500 Jefferson’s gift card and have their name added to the Jefferson’s Coach of the Year plaque displayed in the restaurant.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
- The nomination process is open to members of the community and can submitted by anyone – parent, teacher, player, etc.
- Coaches nominated must be actively coaching in the local area/school district during the current year.
- Employees of Jefferson’s are not eligible for nomination.
- Coaches nominated must coach within a 5 mile radius of the city the restaurant is located in.
Nomination Period
- Nominations will be accepted from 10/04/2024 to 10/20/2024
- Any nominations submitted outside this period will not be considered.
How to nominate
- Nominations can be submitted via the nomination form on each locations’ page.
- Multiple nominations from the same participant for the same coach may result in disqualification.
- Multiple nominations for the same coach from different participants will be considered.
Criteria
Coaches will be evaluated based on their
- Proven record of positive community engagement
- Instances in which they went the extra mile for their athletes on or off the field
- Dedication to the sport and their athletes
Selection Process
- The selection panel will consider all valid nominations and make a selection based on the best matched criteria.
- The selected Coach of the Year will be notified by 11/04/2024 and will be publicly announced on social media 11/14/2024
Prize
The winner will receive
- A $500 Jefferson’s Gift Card
- Their name engraved on the Jefferson’s Coach of the Year plaque displayed at their location.
Publicity
By participating in this nomination process, participants agree to allow Jefferson’s to use their name, likeness, and any submitted materials (including nomination entries) for promotional purposes.
Disqualification
- Jefferson’s reserves the right to disqualify any nominations that are incomplete, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms and conditions.
- Jefferson’s also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the nomination process in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Privacy
Personal information provided during the nomination process will be used solely for the purposed of selecting and contacting the Coach of the Year. Information will be handled in accordance with Jefferson’s privacy policy, which can be found here.
