We’re proud to recognize Kaylee Heggie as our 2025 Jefferson’s Fairview Coach of the Year!

Coach Heggie’s nominator shared, “Kaylee’s passion for the game is evident during every match. She becomes a part of the team and is engaged in every moment and is extremely excited for her team’s success. As important as the game is, though, she always puts the girls first. She can connect with them on a personal level and makes sure the team is motivated to work for their teammates.”

Every year, in honor of National Coaches’ Day, Jefferson’s Fairview recognizes a coach who goes above and beyond for their athletes and their community. These coaches have made an impact on their players’ lives on and off the field and have been nominated by school and community members.

Congratulations to Angela Campbell, our 2025 Jefferson’s Fairview Teacher of the Year!

Mrs. Campbell teaches Special Education Pre-K and Kindergarten at Westwood Elementary School.

Mrs. Campbell’s nominators all described her as warm, compassionate, and incredibly gifted at teaching her students to explore new ideas. Here are some of our favorite stories from our nominators about Mrs. Campbell:

• Dresses up to coordinate with the characters or theme of the book the class is reading to encourage her students to think creatively.
  
• Uses her own resources to make sure no student goes without.
  
• Creates a safe haven for students with disabilities or different sensory needs.

One nominator said, “Parents of children in Mrs. Campbell’s class are at ease because they know their child is safe, loved, happy, and learning.”
