This Marks 10th Alabama Spot for Family-Friendly Concept
HAMPTON COVE, Ala. – Jan. 8, 2024– Jefferson’s restaurants, a concept known for its hand-pattied burgers, fresh oysters and double dipped wings, recently opened its newest location in the Hampton Cove area, a suburb of Huntsville. This marks the 10th Jefferson’s restaurant in Alabama and the 34th overall for the growing concept, a favorite for diners wanting fresh food and a family-friendly atmosphere. Jefferson’s was founded in Jacksonville, Ala. in 1991.
The newest location is owned by Robby Coggin and Jake Lund, who are also long-time owners of locations in Fort Payne, Ala., Dalton, Ga. and Trenton, Ga. The duo also recently took over locations in Summerville and Ringgold, Ga. The Hampton Cove location is ideally outfitted for family events and game days with 22 televisions, chilled pint glasses and a kids’ menu. The new restaurant is at 326 Sutton Road SE, Owens Cross Roads.
“We’re excited to bring Hampton Cove a new concept with a menu committed to fresh flavors and an atmosphere that’s perfect for get-togethers,” said Robby Coggin. “Customers at our other locations love Jefferson’s so much we just knew we had to bring one to Hampton Cove.”
