Jefferson’s Guest Survey

Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, franchisees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of Jefferson’s or its partners are not eligible to participate.
• No purchase necessary to enter to win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

How to enter

• To enter, complete the Jefferson’s Guest Experience Survey on this webpage.
• Only one entry per person is allowed and will count towards entering for the $100 Jefferson’s gift card.
• Entries must be recieved by 11:59 PM EST on October 29th to qualify for the drawing.

Prize Details

• One winner will recieve a $100 Jefferson’s Gift Card.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other prize.
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible survey completions and will be notified via email within 10 business days after the survey closes.

Notification and Prize Claim

• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during the survey.
• If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.
• Jefferson’s is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable notifications due to incorrect or incomplete contact information.

Privacy & Data Use

• Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
• Guests who indicate an interest in opportunities to get more involved with Jefferson’s may be contacted by a Jefferson’s team member.
