Brock Freeze

We’re proud to recognize Brock Freeze as our 2025 Jefferson’s Manchester Coach of the Year!

Coach Freeze’s nominator shared, “Brock always insists on character building with his athletes. Character first always. He also leads by example with hard work. He puts in the hours he puts in the time he’s educated himself and in turn educated players. He’s made sure they got to practice. He made sure they got home. He made sure they understood good behavior was expected in the classroom. He is an asset to the sports and the community in Manchester. His family is an asset to the community.”

Congratulations to Cindy Fletcher, our 2025 Jefferson’s Manchester Teacher of the Year!

Mrs. Fletcher teaches Kindergarten at North Coffee Elementary School.

Mrs. Fletcher has a song for everything, but her songs are different then everyone else’s–they’re funny and always have a twist to them. My child is showing tons of progress, and we are forever grateful for Mrs. Fletcher. ”
• “She goes above and beyond for any child in her presence. She sees and hears what nonverbal children can’t say, and she advocates for every child in that building. She loves big, and she makes things FUN! There’s no one more deserving than her!”
