The Dade County Track and Field team is a very special group to me because they represent the true spirit of Dade – to be bigger than others perceive you. In my first year, we had only 17 kids and in two years have grown to over 80 in the program. I’m grateful for how the community has come together, embraced the process, and trusted me. Steve Green will receive a $500 gift card to Jefferson’s, as well as a commemorative plaque featuring Green as our “Jefferson’s Trenton Coach of the Year” for all restaurant patrons to see.
