David Carulla’s Bio
David’s core talent within the Restaurant industry has been operations and training dating back to his days at Arby’s where he worked at a certified training unit
and facilitated the training of low and high-level managers. With his experience as a general manager at Arby’s and as a Director of operations for
a Jefferson’s franchisee, he prides himself on his ability to do any job within his restaurants and enjoys any opportunity he gets to cook for and serve his guests.
While understanding great operations are key to a successful restaurant, David puts heavy value on the intangibles of customer service and guest perception.
If you asked him what he was best at he’d simply say he’s “just good enough at everything.”
In January of 2016 he reached a goal of his by purchasing his own Jefferson’s in Brentwood, Tennessee.
In August 2017 David and his brother Nick Carulla joined their companies and abilities and became partners. They now own 6 Jefferson’s locations in Gadsden, AL, Rockmart, GA, Villa Rica, GA, Brentwood, TN, Chattanooga, TN and Murfreesboro, TN.Look for him in the Tennessee Titans parking lot riding in Jefferson’s first food truck.
